Terms and conditions:
By booking the “Romantic Getaway”, the guest agrees to have read and accepted the conditions set out below:
– This offer is valid, subject to availability in the selected hotel, for any stay.
– Your reservation must be made through Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk directly.
– All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of reservation.
– The offer can be modified, cancelled, exchanged after the reservation, in line with the cancellation policy issued by the hotel. If these conditions do not provide for a right to cancel or if the cancellation right has already expired, the hotel will charge the first night at the rate including VAT.

Conditions of the offer:
– The offer does not apply to ancillary services, tourist tax and additional taxes to the tourist tax.
-This offer does not apply to groups. The general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate apply.
– Prices quoted do not include tourist tax.
– This offer allows ALL – Accor Live Limitless points to be earned at participating hotels (see list of participating hotels).

Check-in times:
Check-in and check-out times are different at each hotel and will be mentioned in the general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate.

Child policy:
The applicable child policy is different depending on the hotel selected and will be specified in the general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate.
